Our version of the delicious fruited IPA by northern powerhouse Brew York. Fruity thanks to the addition of juice to the fermenter and sweet and silky with the addition of lactose (so technically it's also a Milkshake IPA) - it clocks in at 5% and finishes a nice hazy pale orange. Keeeeeep brewing!
Malt: Extra Pale, Caramalt, Torrefied Wheat, Flaked Oats
Hops: Citra, Mosaic, CTZ, Cascade
Yeast: WHC Saturated (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1318 London Ale III (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch
You will need 150ml of pineapple, passionfruit and mango juice per litre to brew this beer.
Comes with lactose, dextrose for priming, sanitiser and instructions.
