Based in Colorado, Doug Odell is one of the USA's most respected brewers. This creamy porter is a modern classic. Full on body thanks to a higher mash temp it's half way between brown ale and porter having a slightly lower percentage of roasted malts than others in this style. Plenty of coffee, chocolate and tobacco notes here at 5.1% ABV.
Malt: Pale, Caramalt, Chocolate, Crystal, Amber, Munich, Roasted Barley
Hops: Cascade, East Kent Goldings, Fuggles
Yeast: S-04 English Ale
Comes with dextrose for wort/priming, lactose, sanitiser and instructions.
