Our clone of Ringwood's strong brown ale Old Thumper with its wonderful spicy, hoppy and fruity character. 5.1% ABV and medium bitterness.
Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal, Chocolate, Torrefied Wheat
Hops: East Kent Goldings, Challenger
Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1098 British Ale (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch.
Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.
