If you love it tropical then this one is for you! Our mango pale ale is heavy on the most mangoey hops, particularly Cascade as a late addition. Produces a deliciously fruity pale ideal for summer sipping around 5.2% ABV.
NB: you'll need to purchase some mango juice to add to your fermenter at a ratio of 100ml per litre.
Malt: Pale, Caramalt
Hops: Azacca, Ekuanot, Cascade
Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1318 London Ale III (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch
Contains malt, hops, yeast, dextrose for priming, sanitiser and instructions.
Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
