All Grain Clone Kit - Sharp's Doom Bar

Our clone of Doom Bar, the fruity amber ale by Sharp's Brewery which remains the most popular cask ale in the UK.   

Malt: Pale, Crystal, Roasted Barley

Hops: Northern Brewer, Northdown, Perle

Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1318 London Ale III (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch 

Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.

Please note: this clone will ferment fine at room temperature but it's best fermented at 25°C for the first 4-5 days to bring out the fruity quality the beer is known for.
