Our clone of Proper Job, the ever-popular India Pale Ale from the Cornish powerhouse brewery founded in 1851.

Malt: Pale and Maris Otter

Hops: Chinook, Willamette and Cascade

Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1335 British Ale II (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for 23L batch 

Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.

This product is not affiliated with St Austell Brewery. It is purely a clone we have trialled and enjoyed ourselves. 

Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
