Based on one of our favourites from Graham Wheeler's 'British Real Ale' book is this sparkling gold clone of Exmoor's Ales' classic. Fresh and fruity thanks to the whirlpool addition, it's a nice 4.5% single malt golden ale which really hits the spot.
Malt: Pale
Hops: Fuggles, Challenger, Goldings
Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1335 British Ale II (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch
Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.
