All Grain Clone Kit - Omnipollo Double Raspberry Ice Cream

A great intro to smoothie/milkshake style IPA brewing thanks to the fairly simple recipe and effective yet straightforward adjuncts. Omnipollo are masters of this style and this one is lovely and fruity thanks to the raspberries. The sharpness/acidity of the fruit is smoothed out by the vanilla and lactose creating a mouthwatering beer at 6% ABV.     

Malt: Pilsner, Wheat, Flaked Oats

Hops: Mosaic

Yeast: WHC Saturated 

You will need 65g of fresh raspberries and 12.5% of a vanilla pod per litre for this brew. 

Comes with dextrose for wort/priming, lactose, sanitiser and instructions.
