All Grain Clone Kit - Shepherd Neame Spitfire

Chocks away chaps - this is the taste of Blighty in a glass, our clone of Kent based Shepherd Neame's Spitfire! Featuring spicy Kentish hops like the original and a biscuity caramel malt base, it's a characterful and refreshing amber ale. 4.2% ABV and 32 IBU. 

Malt: Maris Otter, Crystal, Caramalt, Torrefied Wheat

Hops: Challenger, First Gold, Target, East Kent Goldings

Yeast: S-04 English Ale (dry). Can be upgraded to Wyeast 1098 British Ale (liquid 'smack-pack' activator) in pouch suitable for up to 23L batch 

Comes with dextrose, sanitiser and instructions.

Wyeast is suitable for experienced brewers, we only provide one pack per kit & we recommend making a starter.
