SafAle's fruit driven strain with enhanced mouthfeel, S-33 is a great yeast for New England IPAs, Belgian ales (Dubbel, Tripel etc) and strong English ales. Medium sedimentation: forms no clumps but a powdery haze when resuspended in the beer.
